In not much time, these two pulled off the best elopement — one that truly describes them.

There were lots of last-minute changes. They were originally supposed to get married on Saturday, but because of the crazy wind, we had to reschedule to Sunday. And honestly? It couldn’t have been more perfect.

They got ready in the same home, which made the morning feel relaxed and intimate. From last-minute trips to Findlays for makeup products, to the best man hopping into Taylor’s wedding dress for a “first look” with the groom (yes, it was as hilarious as it sounds), the day was filled with nonstop laughter. At one point, the father of the bride even had to get dressed inside a pop-up fishing tent. Did we ever laugh throughout the day!

Then we hopped on the heli, and Cass — the pilot, who also happens to be Taylor’s best friend — flew us to Canyon Lake. There, surrounded by the most breathtaking views, they exchanged their vows and took wedding portraits in front of frozen waterfalls. It was adventurous, meaningful, and so much fun.

I also have to add how their two daughters were absolute TROOPERS through it all — off-schedule naps, cold weather, and all the excitement of the day. They handled it like champs.

Such a beautiful, joy-filled, and unforgettable day.

Thank you so much, Taylor and Josh, for having me document this incredibly special chapter of your story. 🤍
